The Three Companions of Man

Hadith of the Day is a daily feature highlighting timeless sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the Ahlul-Bayt (pbut), offering insights into faith, ethics, and spirituality for contemporary life.

Hawzah News Agency- Imam Ali (a.s) said:

For the Muslim man, there are three companions:

One companion says: ‘I am with you both alive and dead,’ and that is his deeds.

One companion says to him: ‘I am with you until the entrance of your grave, then I leave you,’ and that is his children.

And one companion says to him: ‘I am with you until you die,’ and that is his wealth; for when he dies, it becomes the property of the heir.
